Nicholas Bustamante
Nicholas Bustamante earned his Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Humboldt State University and his Master of Fine Arts in Painting from California State University, Long Beach.
He currently serves as Professor of Art, Director of the Visual Integration of Science Through Art (VISTA) Center, and Program Chair of Scientific Visual Communication at Louisiana Tech University. His teaching spans traditional and digital painting, conceptual design, pre-medical illustration, scientific visualization, and advanced portfolio development.
A nationally recognized painter, Bustamante has exhibited extensively throughout his career, with works represented in private, public, and museum collection.
